The Deluxe Room felt cozy with nice garden furniture. A lovely sitting area and flat-screen TV added to my comfort. I appreciated the warm welcome drink at check-in. it set a pleasant tone for my stay. However, the interactions with the security personnel were challenging. He came off as overly authoritative and unfriendly, which dampened the initial experience. The front desk offered friendly service, but you could sense a lack of training that left some needs unmet. I never received the promised invoice, even after following up. Overall, the hotel has charm but could improve staff training and communication.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially lounging by the heated pool and taking in the beautiful garden views. The cozy Deluxe Room added a nice touch to my experience. I did find the front desk a bit slow at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall vibe. 😊
